AVIR Health Group is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Business Development to lead business development and growth initiatives across Region 11.

We are searching for a Regional Director of Business Development who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The Regional Director of Business Development will provide strategic leadership and support to community-based business development teams, with a focus on census growth, referral development, market positioning, and achievement of organizational goals. This role will develop and implement regional strategies, identify market opportunities, strengthen referral partnerships, and help build high-performing teams focused on sustainable growth. This role supports Avir at Bay City, Beeville, Bellville, Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi Villas, Cotulla, Portland, River Ridge, and Sealy.
