Responsibilities

The Regional Manager of Business Development organizes, directs and is responsible for all aspects of business development for the market; including development, implementation, monitoring, updating and ongoing analyzation of the organizations strategic business development plans. In partnership with the CEOs, the director is responsible for growth of the hospitals' admissions, clinical programs and service line development, business planning, physician relations, post-acute strategy and development and senior outreach. Responsible for creating and/or implementing tracking mechanisms to track increases in volume, growth, revenue, etc. and drill down data to quantify specific efforts and how they have led to increases in volume, growth, revenue, etc. by program, service line and/or physician.

Qualifications

Required qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business (Development), or related field required. Ten (10+) years of experience in lieu of a degree will also suffice if candidate is continuously enrolled is an accredited university toward the pursuit of a bachelor's degree. Good grades must be maintained.2. At least seven (7) years in related field (business development and/or marketing) required.3. At least two (2) years of healthcare management experience required.4. Strong critical thinking and communication skills required.

Preferred qualifications:1. Minimum two (2) years of experience in acute care setting strongly preferred.2. Experience with project/program development/management strongly preferred.

Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $104,000.00 to $140,240.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
