BOH Position team members are vital to our operation. Whether it's preparing items from fresh salads to meats or keeping our cooks and front of house team members stocked with sanitized dishes and tools, we need you! We are looking for the following:

BOH wages are based on the individual candidate's experience and skillset - Typical range is between $12.00-18.00 hourly
Required Qualifications for All:
  • Ability to listen and follow directions

  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment

Job Expectations for All:
  • Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment.
  • May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals.
  • May inhale smoke from a wood burning cooker
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team.
