Job description

JOB DUTIES:

  • Answering telephones to provide customer service and directing phone call to appropriate recipients
  • Greeting everyone entering through the main lobby
  • Distribution and collection of employment applications from the public
  • Accurately entering retailer orders for the delivery of product
  • Working with sales representatives and drivers to coordinate day-to-day customer service
  • Preparing and imputing information for daily reports
  • Distributing end-of-day reporting and preparing various routine management reports
  • Assisting administrative co-workers in other responsibilities, as directed by management
