Position Summary...As a Director of Executive Recruitment you'll partner with a Senior Director to lead the execution of Officer (VP+) hiring across a business segment. You'll manage complex executive searches end to end, partnering with hiring leaders, candidates, Sourcers, and Project Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll lead searches, engage senior talent, solve complex hiring challenges, and build long-term executive relationships while delivering a world class experience. Success requires exceptional search execution, sound judgment, commercial curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile searches with pace and quality.

  • Lead end-to-end Officer (VP+) executive searches.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to develop search strategies and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
  • Identify, engage, assess, and build relationships with senior external talent.
  • Balance internal succession opportunities with external market talent.
  • Partner with Principal Executive Sourcers and Project Managers to deliver outstanding search execution and candidate experiences.
  • Coach candidates throughout the executive hiring process.
  • Build evergreen executive talent pipelines for future leadership needs.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and search execution.
  • Share best practices and contribute to a high-performing OTAS team.
