Description:
  • We are looking for an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to focus on improving and scaling the candidate experience in partnership with our executive recruiting team.
  • You will be responsible for creating a "white glove" candidate experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
  • This includes everything from interview scheduling, improving executive recruiting interview scheduling processes, and actively contributing to the success of the executive recruiting team.
  • This role reports into the Director of Executive Recruiting.
  • 3 days onsite in Chicago and 2 days remote
  • Supports the interview scheduling logistics of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business and providing a world class candidate experience
  • Coordinates all elements of candidate interview logistics including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing Video Conferencing, Teams and Dial- in details
  • Develops and provides an interview agenda in a professional manner to all parties
  • Maintains a clear hiring workflow by updating candidate status in applicant tracking
  • Ensures an open line of communication with the Executive Recruiter that is assigned to the candidate being scheduled
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with the Executive Recruiter and Hiring teams
  • Fields questions and scheduling requests, which includes maintaining an open line of communication with the Executive recruiter that is assigned to the candidate being scheduled
  • Provides administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including process improvement project and other ad-hoc duties
  • Other duties as assigned or requested
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator A history of optimizing recruiting and interview scheduling processes
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and interview scheduling tooling preferred, e.g.
  • Workday ATS.
  • Autonomous and highly organized with an incredible attention to detail and extremely professional written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask and an eagerness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process
  • Independent, organized, and creative with a keen sense for "five star service" and a high touch experience
  • Calm under pressure with positive, "can do" attitude.
