Job Description Summary:
ModMed is seeking a visionary, data-driven, and AI-forward Director of Digital Marketing to lead our high-performing digital growth and demand generation engine. In this critical leadership role, you will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel B2B marketing strategies that drive qualified pipeline and ARR growth for our EHR, practice management, and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions.
This is not a traditional digital marketing role. The ideal candidate lives and breathes the latest marketing technology and is deeply engaged with artificial intelligence (AI). You will transform our digital strategy by embedding AI tools into our campaign workflows, predictive modeling, content optimization, and audience segmentation, keeping ModMed at the absolute forefront of digital innovation.
Your Role:
  • AI-Driven Demand Generation: Own the full-funnel digital demand generation strategy. Build and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and account-based marketing (ABM) channels to accelerate new practice acquisition and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Next-Gen Search & Visibility (SEO/GEO): Lead our organic search evolution. Optimize ModMed's digital footprint not only for traditional search engines (Google, Bing) but also for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) across modern AI-search ecosystems, conversational AI, and discovery platforms.
  • Strategy & Tool Orchestration: Oversee, audit, and expand ModMed's advanced digital marketing technology stack. Evaluate, pilot, and scale modern AI tools to automate workflow efficiencies, hyper-personalize outreach, and optimize ad spend.
  • Generative Content Workflows: Partner closely with Creative, Content, and Product Marketing teams to integrate generative AI tools into creative production, continuous multi-variant testing, and localized landing page generation to scale variations and lift conversion rates.
  • Predictive Analytics & Performance Tracking: Shift from reactive reporting to predictive growth. Utilize advanced data intelligence, machine learning attribution models, and behavioral data to help track MQLs, SQLs, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and pipeline ROI.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Socialize digital marketing strategies, AI tool roadmaps, and execution plans with executives and key organizational stakeholders to cultivate transparency and secure resource alignment.
  • AI Tool Infrastructure: Actively evaluate, pilot, and embed the latest marketing AI tools, prompt workflows, and automated pipeline intelligence to keep the marketing function at the absolute forefront of industry trends.

Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • B2B Marketing Mastery: 7-12+ years of proven experience in a B2B digital marketing role with a verified track record of scaling traffic, high-intent accounts, and leads to B2B platforms.
  • Efficiency Metrics Management: Proven success driving leads, accounts, and high-value pipeline opportunities while maintaining strict alignment with target Cost Per metrics.
  • Search Engine Authority: Deep, hands-on experience executing paid and organic strategies across Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) ecosystems.
  • Campaign Deployment: Demonstrated proficiency in executing high-yielding digital campaigns directly across Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging advertising channels.
  • SMB & Programmatic Execution: Extensive experience targeting small-to-medium businesses utilizing programmatic digital advertising, custom/lookalike audiences, display networks, and intent-data tools.
  • Advanced Data Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel capability with data modeling experience to translate raw metrics into predictive marketing frameworks.
  • Ad Tech Ecosystems: Intimate knowledge of varying ad sizes, formats, and creative requirements across modern digital platforms. Proven experience directing creative teams to produce, test, and recursively optimize digital creative assets for integrated campaigns.
  • Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to distill complex digital concepts, technical data, and AI-driven insights into clear, actionable updates for executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytics Stack Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and industry SEO suites
  • Agility & Pace: Proven ability to prioritize high-value initiatives and execute flawlessly in a fast-paced, highly adaptive environment.
  • AI Fluency: Deep, practical engagement with modern AI platforms (e.g., LLMs, conversational AI engines, automated copy/design optimizers) to accelerate workflows, personalize messaging, and improve operational output.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.

ModMed Benefits Highlight: At ModMed, we believe it's important to offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce. Eligible Modernizers can enroll in a wide range of benefits:
