We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Business Development Director to accelerate the growth of EisnerAmper's Healthcare Industry practice by originating, advancing, and closing new client engagements. This is a revenue-producing role responsible for generating a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, converting prospects into signed engagements, and consistently delivering $3 million or more in annual new business revenue.

The successful candidate is a proven business developer with an established network of C-suite and senior healthcare executive relationships and a demonstrated ability to sell complex professional services. They will identify new market opportunities, cultivate executive relationships, lead strategic pursuits, and position EisnerAmper's full suite of capabilities to address the financial, operational, regulatory, technology, tax, and strategic priorities of healthcare organizations.

Success in this role requires a disciplined, metrics-driven approach to business development, exceptional executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex buying processes while collaborating across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions. The Business Development Director is expected to build and maintain a healthy pipeline, consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets, and establish long-term client relationships that drive sustained growth for the Healthcare practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy that drives sustainable growth across EisnerAmper's Healthcare practice.

  • Generate $3 million or more in annual net new revenue by originating, qualifying, and closing new client engagements.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities that consistently supports revenue targets.

  • Establish and expand executive relationships with C-suite leaders and key decision-makers across health systems, physician organizations, academic medical centers, payers, and other healthcare organizations.

  • Lead the sales process from prospect identification through contract execution by uncovering client needs, positioning integrated firm capabilities, and advancing opportunities to close.

  • Partner with Healthcare leaders and cross-functional subject matter experts to develop and execute winning pursuit strategies, proposals, and presentations.

  • Navigate complex procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and executive buying cycles, to maximize win rates.

  • Represent EisnerAmper at industry conferences, executive forums, and healthcare associations to expand market presence, strengthen strategic relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast performance, and business development activity within the firm's CRM.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to execute targeted campaigns, thought leadership, and events that support pipeline development and accelerate revenue growth.

Success Measures
  • Originate approximately $3 million in annual net new revenue.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive business development, sales, or client relationship experience

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MPA, MBA) strongly preferred

  • Experience with professional services in healthcare

  • Proven record of securing and growing professional services engagements with healthcare clients

  • Deep familiarity with healthcare budgeting cycles, policy priorities, technology, strategic transformation, and financial advisory.

  • Familiarity with CRM, AI and sales tracking tools

  • Proven success selling complex professional services to Healthcare C-suite executives

  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare market, including health systems, physician enterprises, value-based care, operations, financial transformation, digital health, and regulatory trends.

  • Established network of senior healthcare executives and a demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships that drive business growth.

  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

  • Consistent track record of generating and exceeding multi-million-dollar annual new business revenue goals.

  • Experience partnering with Marketing and Growth teams to execute targeted campaigns, thought leadership, and events that generate qualified pipeline and strengthen market presence.
