This high‑visibility builder/operator role reports to executive leadership and is accountable for revenue growth, margin improvement, on‑time execution, and scalable systems—blending manufacturing rigor with go‑to‑market impact.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute enterprise‑level initiatives across operations, engineering, and commercial teams
  • Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and execution discipline across the business
  • Lead product development and commercialization (NPI) in a manufacturing environment
  • Improve Salesforce effectiveness, channel performance, and customer engagement
  • Implement tools and systems—including AI‑enabled capabilities—for better execution and visibility
  • Align cross‑functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and on budget
  • Provide clear, data‑driven updates to executive leadership with ROI focus
Requirements
