Description
Chainbridge Solutions is seeking a Capture Manager to join our growing team. The Capture Manager will be responsible for creating and executing plans that maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities while assisting in the capture, transition, and subsequent organic growth of targeted opportunities within Federal clients. This role is a hybrid remote position with a preferential location in the national capital region that requires ability to work within NCR during key capture activities, planning meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture Management – Providing capture management support for assigned opportunities and input into proposal and pricing activities. Establish and cultivate teaming relationships in pursuit of opportunities.  
  • Strategic Business Development Planning – Leading the Chainbridge Solutions team through the market/client expansion process of identifying, shaping and qualifying opportunities to drive growth of relevant Chainbridge Solutions’ mission solutions.
  • Business Development and Account Management – Managing accounts with direct responsibility for account strategy and opportunity targeting and tracking throughout the full business development life-cycle to provide compliant, state-of-the-market, sustainable, supportable, and interoperable IT service solutions. 

Experience and Skill Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of directly related Capture Management and / or Business Development/Sales/Account Management experience within Federal clients. 
  • Successful track record in strategic account identification and management, business development, and capture management focused on a wide range of solutions and services. 
  • Leadership skills and business acumen to help us continue to strengthen Chainbridge Solutions’ brand, culture, and success in the market. 
  • Preparing, presenting, and executing new business and account growth plans.  
  • Leading and participating in account management activities associated with identification, qualification, capture and bid activities, transitioning awards to operations.
  • Conducting analysis of market opportunities and performing a gap analysis between customer needs and current group offerings to identify potential future capabilities.      
  • Ability to envision the interfaces, interdependencies, and activities between multiple programs and captures at a line of business and/or capability portfolio level. 
  • Have a breadth and depth of knowledge of federal agencies and capture processes.
  • Maintaining contact with customer leadership in the acquisition, program requirements development, and mission organizations.        
  • Knowledge of buying patterns, preferred contract vehicles, price constraints, and other criteria relevant to targeted markets expansion.
