POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Development & Growth Manager is responsible for structuring, coordinating, and evolving the company’s growth activities, with a strong focus on sales and revenue generation. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Ensure effective pipeline management and proper use of CRM and marketing platforms;

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE

  • Relevant experience in sales, business development, growth marketing, or commercial management;
  • Proven experience in results-driven and revenue-generating roles;
  • Good understanding of tendering and RFP processes;
  • Good understanding of institutional, government, or parapublic environments;
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation, and client retention strategies;
  • Ability to structure processes and drive day-to-day operations forward;
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital tools;
  • Ability to track KPIs and leverage data to improve performance;
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
