The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team and help drive Alveole's growth across North America. In this role, you'll generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, engage potential clients, and create qualified pipeline for our Account Executive team. You'll work closely with an experienced sales team and be directly supported by one of Alveole's co-founders, who remains actively involved in growing the business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels
  • Generate interest in Alveole's products and services and qualify potential clients
  • Schedule meetings and create opportunities for the Account Executive team
  • Research and identify prospective customers that fit our ideal customer profile
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in a CRM platform
  • Consistently achieve and exceed outreach and pipeline generation targets
  • Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership to refine prospecting strategies
  • Continuously develop your sales skills, product knowledge, and market understanding
