Campus And Core Ministry Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and servant-hearted individual to join our team as a Campus And Core Ministry Administrative Assistant. This part-time, hourly, non-exempt position (25 hours per week) provides essential administrative, communication, and organizational support to campus leadership and Core Ministry teams, helping ensure smooth ministry operations and effective coordination across multiple areas of church life.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who enjoys supporting others, managing multiple priorities, and creating systems that help ministries thrive. This position works closely with the Campus Pastor, Executive Director, ministry leaders, volunteers, and church members to support the mission of helping people belong to Christ, grow in Christ, and reach the world for Christ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to campus leadership and Core Ministry Directors.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, events, registrations, and ministry communications.
  • Maintain ministry records, attendance, volunteer information, and communication workflows.
  • Assist with event planning, promotional efforts, and communication through email, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Support budget tracking, purchasing processes, and general office administration.
  • Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and Central Ministry teams to ensure ministry excellence.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
  • 2–3 years of administrative, office support, or ministry coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple projects with excellence.
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity and alignment with the mission, values, and beliefs of Woodside Bible Church.

Additional Information

  • This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position averaging 25 hours per week.
  • Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required to support ministry events.
  • Must be a member of Woodside Bible Church or willing to pursue membership.
