You will report to the Business Manager and work with other accountants in an on-site office environment. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday 8-5, with weekend availability one weekend a month for Month end activities - (we offer a alternative day off ).
Location: 5300 Eagleston BlvdWesley Chapel, FL 33544
Compensation Range: $16.85-26.45, with a typical starting range of $19.00-22.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. We will establish final compensation through the interview process following applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
What You'll Do
  • Handle daily check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule.
  • Review deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.
  • Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking.
  • Work with store teams and Business Managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
  • Help maintain reconciled accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
  • Learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting responsibilities when needed.

What You'll Bring
  • We prefer 1+ years in a dealership environment or a candidate who processes car deals.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
