The Community Manager is responsible for maintaining properties and working with community homeowners. We are looking for a Community Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and community relations.

Compensation- $70,000 + yearly bonus and all benefits, including 401(k)
Responsibilities
• Prepare Annual Budget
• Great Customer service
• Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property
Qualifications
• Working knowledge of residential community associations in New Jersey
• 3-5 years of experience in Community Associations
• Certification in industry A+ (CMCA)
• Proactive Mindset
• Good communication skills
• Customer Service is a must
• Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service
• Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling
• B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required
• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
• Some weekend and evening hours required
