Overview

Weโ€™re seeking a Digital Account & Project Manager to lead client relationships while driving seamless execution across digital marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, communication, and operations, ensuring client goals are clearly defined, internal teams are aligned, and campaigns are delivered on time and on performance.

The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship-builder, strategist and operator. Youโ€™re comfortable discussing KPIs and growth strategy with clients, while also managing timelines, workflows and cross-functional teams behind the scenes. You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and take pride in delivering measurable results.

RESPONSIBILITIES Client Leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Lead onboarding, campaign kickoffs, and ongoing strategy discussions
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business models, goals and KPIs
  • Communicate performance insights clearly and confidently
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention and long-term partnerships
Project & Campaign Management
  • Own project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and execution plans
  • Coordinate internal teams across paid media, organic, email, social, etc.
  • Ensure campaigns launch on schedule and align with strategic objectives
  • Facilitate internal status meetings and maintain team accountability
  • Identify risks early and proactively solve problems
  • Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with agreed-upon deliverables
Strategy & Performance Oversight
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with channel specialists to ensure tactical alignment
  • Review campaign performance reports for accuracy and insight
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure initiatives are driving measurable results
  • Recommend adjustments based on performance data and trends
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain organized documentation, briefs and reporting frameworks
  • Improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency
  • Support resource planning and workload management
  • Ensure clarity between client expectations and internal execution
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3โ€“6+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience working with performance marketing or lead generation accounts
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, paid social, lead generation, CRO, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience using project management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing performance data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
