Job Summary:

In the Senior Digital Workplace Engineer position, youโ€™ll architect and manage secure, scalable, and user-centric digital workplace platforms to elevate enterprise collaboration and productivity.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) to drive collaboration and performance.
โ€ข Manage identity lifecycle, conditional access, and device trust policies through Entra ID to support secure, scalable access.
โ€ข Integrate AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT into user workflows to improve productivity and reduce friction.
โ€ข Govern Microsoft 365 tenant architecture, licensing (E5, Copilot), and platform scalability to align with cost and compliance goals.
โ€ข Automate collaboration and access workflows using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Graph API.
โ€ข Partner with Security, Support, and Client Engineering to advance Zero Trust architecture and hybrid work readiness.
โ€ข Co-develop AI-driven productivity solutions with Business Process Engineering and Data Science teams.
โ€ข Monitor industry trends and lead the adoption of emerging workplace technologies.
โ€ข Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
โ€ข Engage with peer groups and external communities to share insights and benchmark best-in-class practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering focused on collaboration and identity platforms.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience deploying AI-enhanced collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GPT integrations).
โ€ข Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entitlement Management, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Graph API.
โ€ข Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, Conditional Access, and authentication protocols.
โ€ข Proficient in automation and scripting (PowerShell and Python required; Power Automate a plus).
โ€ข Proven ability to manage and secure Microsoft 365 tenant configurations at scale.
โ€ข In-depth understanding of M365 licensing frameworks (E5, security/compliance SKUs, Copilot).
โ€ข Familiarity with Zero Trust models, hybrid identity strategies, and lifecycle provisioning.
โ€ข Strong focus on delivering secure, high-performing, and user-centered digital experiences.
