Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for IFF's Digital Workplace product portfolio, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Windows, Mac, VDI, and mobile platforms
Champion intuitive and frictionlessend-userexperiences grounded in strong UX design principles
Oversee PC lifecycle management and governance, leveraging Microsoft Intune and JAMF
Drive an integrated product vision focused on UX, reliability, performance, service design, and value realization
Partner with IT Security, Infrastructure, Legal, Data Privacy, and Business Units to ensure alignment and compliance
Lead and develophigh-performingengineering and product teams across collaboration, messaging, endpoint, mobility, and AI technologies
Provide technical leadership across the Digital Workplace portfolio by establishing shared architectural principles, standards, and governance, with an emphasis on how products integrate and operate together.
Serve as a senior technical escalation point for team members, applying broad technical experience to guide decisions, assess risk, and resolve complexcross-product, security, and integration challenges
Ensure technical alignment and cohesion across products by connecting individual decisions into an integrated platform view
Accelerate adoption ofnext-generationworkplace technologies, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI assistants
Lead AI pilot programs, change management, and analytics to ensure the successful rollout of new digital capabilities
Embed responsible AI practices and governance into the Digital Workplace ecosystem

What Makes You the Right Fit

10+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, Collaboration, Microsoft 365, or related enterprise technology domains

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in a related field preferred
    Proven leadership experience in product management with demonstrated success delivering enterprise solutions
    Strong track record of driving large,cross-functionalprograms and navigating enterprise governance processes
    Experience partnering with senior executives and global stakeholders
    High level of technical fluency across Digital Workplace platforms, cloud technologies, and architectural best practices
    Strong communication, strategic thinking, andproblem-solvingskills
    Ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence across distributed teams
    Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments with competing priorities
