What You’ll Do

As a Digital Workplace Engineer II, you will:

  • Lead adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Power Platform solutions
  • Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand training for employees with varying technical skill levels
  • Create practical learning resources, including job aids, videos, tutorials, and knowledge articles
  • Develop communication and change strategies that support technology launches and enhancements
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, gather feedback, and improve the employee technology experience
  • Analyze adoption, engagement, and training metrics to measure impact and recommend improvements
  • Support Microsoft 365 administration, implementations, escalated issues, documentation, governance, and operational initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Corporate Communications, and business teams to advance digital

transformation

  • Explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to transform how training is designed, created, delivered, maintained, and personalized, with a focus on making learning more scalable, engaging, and effective.
  • Leverage AI to improve knowledge management and self-service support, including identifying opportunities to make information easier for employees to find, understand, and apply.
  • Continuously evaluate how AI can improve employee adoption, reinforce learning, and help employees build confidence and proficiency with new technologies.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years of experience supporting enterprise workplace technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Copilot, Intune, and Power Platform
  • Experience delivering end-user training and technology enablement programs
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience leading projects and collaborating across multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Modern Work, Copilot, Teams, or SharePoint
  • Experience with instructional design, adult learning, or multimedia learning content
  • Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives
  • Experience developing adoption metrics, reporting, and analytics
  • Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation programs
