Director, Digital Workplace Technology
Position Summary
Our client is seeking a strategic Director of Digital Workplace Technology to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise workplace technologies. This leader will oversee collaboration platforms, endpoint management, workplace productivity tools, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance the employee digital experience.
The role partners closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused technology solutions while leading cross-functional engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Digital Workplace technology strategy and product roadmap.
- Lead enterprise collaboration, messaging, endpoint management, mobility, and workplace productivity platforms.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, and related services.
- Drive endpoint lifecycle management, device governance, and modern workplace standards across Windows and macOS environments.
- Lead adoption of AI-powered workplace technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and automation initiatives.
- Establish technical governance, architecture standards, and cloud-based workplace strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver enterprise technology initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical and product teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, Collaboration, or Enterprise Productivity technologies.
- Proven success leading enterprise product, engineering, or workplace technology organizations.
- Experience developing technology strategy, roadmaps, and large-scale enterprise initiatives.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune)
- Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
- Windows, macOS, JAMF, MDM, and VDI
- Azure, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Security, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
Compensation: $170,000 to $210,000 annually
Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
