THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a strategic, consultative and purpose-driven individual to join our Global Prairie team as Director, Digital & Technology. In this role, you will help clients solve complex business challenges at the intersection of digital, technology and data, translating business needs into integrated strategies that drive measurable outcomes.


As Director, you will collaborate closely with our integrated team and partner directly with clients and prospective clients to understand their goals, identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and shape digital solutions across websites, demand generation, marketing technology, analytics and customer experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate an increasingly complex digital landscape while guiding cross-functional teams from strategy through activation. As artificial intelligence continues to transform marketing, customer engagement and business operations, you will also help clients understand the evolving AI landscape, identify practical use cases, and develop strategies for responsible adoption that drive measurable business value.


This role is ideal for a senior digital consultant with broad experience across the marketing ecosystem, strong client presence, and a passion for solving business problems through technology, data and innovation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, helping solve business challenges through digital, technology and data-driven solutions
  • Leads the development of integrated digital strategies that align business objectives with measurable outcomes
  • Guides cross-functional teams in translating strategy into activation plans and successful execution
  • Leads client presentations, workshops, proposals and strategic planning engagements

Additionally, the ideal candidate meets these qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in digital strategy, consulting, marketing technology, analytics or related disciplines
  • Experience working within an agency, consultancy or digital transformation environment
  • Demonstrated success advising clients and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of websites, demand generation, CRM, marketing automation, AEO/SEO, analytics and measurement
  • Experience with leading marketing, CRM, analytics and reporting platforms
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and contribute to agency growth
  • Willingness and availability to travel periodically


The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown.   • Expected compensation range: $110,000-$145,000
