Head of Technology


TMI is a category-leading manufacturer of innovative temporary tattoos with a diverse multi-brand portfolio spanning direct-to-consumer (DTC), Amazon, retail, and B2B channels. As the company transitions from a traditional printing business to a product-led, digital-first commerce enterprise, we are seeking a visionary Head of Technology to lead this transformation. This is a unique opportunity to own and architect the technological foundation that will propel TMI into its next chapter, with full autonomy of the Technology Function.

The role

Proven experience as a Director of Technology, or equivalent senior technology leadership role, preferably within consumer products, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors.

Strong expertise in ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, CRM/martech, data architecture, and infrastructure management.

Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives and scaling technology solutions.

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
