Job description

*** Local to NY and NY Profiles will be Shortlisted ***
We’re looking for a Sr Manager, Digital Product to lead the Customer Shop & Banking experience for US Consumer-the digital experience prospective customers use to explore offers and begin their purchase journey. This role sits at the intersection of three critical motions in our shop strategy: rapid experimentation to optimize the journey, strong roadmap delivery to build durable capabilities, and platform enablement to scale reusable patterns. You will own the roadmap, improve conversion and journey performance, and partner across marketing, design, analytics, engineering, experimentation, and platform teams to deliver high-quality outcomes with speed and efficiency.
Responsibilities

  • Co-create and deliver the US Consumer Customer Shop & Banking roadmap, including product refreshes, foundational capability investments, and major cross-functional initiatives.
  • Drive journey improvements through capability-led experimentation, with a focus on conversion, merchandising, intent-based tailoring, friction removal, and funnel stitching.
  • Lead an experimentation agenda for the core shop experience by defining clear hypotheses, ensuring rigorous test design and measurement, and translating learnings into action.
  • Partner closely with the rapid experimentation team to align on test strategy, scope, and the scaling of winning learnings across journeys.
  • Partner with platform teams to champion reusable components, shared page frameworks, analytics, APIs, and experimentation tooling that improve consistency, speed to market, quality, accessibility, brand alignment, and performance.
  • Collaborate across marketing, design, analytics, content, and engineering to deliver robust journey improvements at pace.
  • Use customer research, prototyping, analytics, and experimentation insights to inform prioritization and shape durable product decisions.
  • Turn one-off wins into durable product capabilities and reusable patterns that can scale across the broader digital acquisition ecosystem.
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Owners, setting clear priorities and communicating progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure strong operational execution across releases, including dependency management, readiness, measurement plans, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience with a strong track record of roadmap ownership, feature delivery, and stakeholder leadership.
  • Experience leading customer-facing digital experiences with a focus on acquisition, ecommerce, shopping, or conversion optimization.
  • Strong background in experimentation and optimization, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, measurement strategy, and translating insights into roadmap decisions.
  • Proven people leadership and cross-functional execution across marketing, design, analytics, and engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong Agile product delivery expertise and a disciplined operational risk mindset.
  • Experience with personalization and experimentation platforms, including Statsig or similar tools.
  • GenAI fluency, including comfort using AI tools to improve product discovery, analysis, documentation, and delivery.
