Job description

This role serves as a key contributor within the Digital Guest Experience team, partnering cross-functionally to drive measurable growth in digital engagement, traffic, and conversion. Acting as a Dunkin' digital subject matter expert, this individual will help translate business objectives into data-driven strategies and optimized digital experiences across app and web platforms. The Associate Manager will play a critical role in shaping how guests discover, engage with, and convert within Dunkin's digital ecosystem-ensuring that content, merchandising, and experience strategies are aligned to business goals, marketing priorities, and guest needs. This includes optimizing digital touchpoints to increase high-quality traffic, improve conversion rates, and grow our Dunkin' Rewards member base.
*This position sites 4 days onsite in our Canton, MA office. Typically Monday - Thursday.
Salary $75,864-$126,440
The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead execution of menu releases across all digital platforms; acting as liaison between our brand and technical teams; ensuring product availability and merchandising are driving results.

  • Support the execution of in-app & website content- driving visibility to our most exciting products & offers and targeting the right users to drive digital visitation

  • Assist with merchandising strategy tests and experiments on digital platforms, including but not limited to upsell/cross sell strategy testing to drive basket size, categorization testing to drive product trial, etc...

  • Collaborate on GEO, SEO & website related traffic drivers ensure we have optimized our rankings and are driving strong traffic

  • Partner with marketing teams to optimize customer journeys from external campaign into App and Web

  • Leverage the power of digital data to share reporting and insights with cross functional teams to showcase performance trends and optimization opportunities

  • Stay current with digital best practices, strategies, competition, & industry standards

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: 4 yr degree
Preferred: Advanced degree
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Minimum: 2-3 yrs+ experience in related field
Preferred: 3-5 yrs experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
  • Experience with Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA, Mixpanel, or similar)

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities & projects

  • Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated ability to turn data from multiple sources into action

  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Test & Target, Optimizely, Apptimize, or similar) a plus

  • Strong project management and communication skills

  • Positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset
