Position Summary

The Manager, Digital Experience and Platformsis responsible forthe execution, optimization, and enablement of Donatos web and mobile app experiences. This role ensures digital platforms effectively support brand, marketing, and customer experience needs through strong prioritization, requirements definition, and cross-functional collaboration.This role focuses on platform health, experiencequality, and delivery, serving as the day-to-day connector between Marketing and IT to ensure digital experiences are clear, consistent,and operationally sound.

Job duties and responsibilities

DigitalExperienceManagement

  • Own day-to-day management of the Donatos website and mobile app experiences
  • Ensure digital experiences align with brand standards,campaignsand promotions
  • Identify,prioritizeand support usability and experience improvements
  • Enable marketing initiatives through effective platform execution

Web and App Platform Management

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to IT for web and app initiatives
  • Translate marketing needs into clear business and functional requirements
  • Manage marketing-related backlogs,enhancementsand defect resolution
  • Coordinate releases and ensuretimelydelivery of updates

UX Enablement

  • Apply UX best practices to improve clarity,usabilityand customer journeys
  • Partner with brand, creative and IT teams to support experience improvements
  • Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints

SEO and Platform Health

  • Own day-to-day, hands-on SEO across Donatos' website and app
  • Use enterprise SEO tools (e.g., BrightEdge, Google Search Console) tomonitorperformance,identifyopportunities and diagnose issues
  • Ensure SEO best practices are embedded into platform releases, contentworkflowsand campaign execution
  • Translate SEO insights into actionable platform enhancements, including:
  • Technical SEO led by IT
  • On-page optimization
  • Metadata and templates
  • Internal linking and page performance
  • Oversee SEO strategy and performance in partnership with external vendors
  • Monitor site health, accessibility, indexability and compliance with digital standards
  • Ensure platforms support discoverability and performance best practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the day-to-day connector between marketing and IT
  • Enable Brand and Lifecycle teams by ensuring platforms can support campaigns, content and offers

Work Arrangement Options

Donatos hasidentifiedthis position as eligible for the following work arrangements:

  • Full-Time Onsite:The Associate in the position will work all regularly scheduled days onsite.
  • Hybrid:TheAssociate in this position will work 3 regularly scheduled days onsite, 2 days off-site weekly.

Positions that are eligible for hybrid and/or remote workdo not automaticallyqualify forthe Associate to perform in a hybrid or remote onlywork arrangement.

Minimumrequirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketingor related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • None.The worker is notsubstantially exposedto adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).

PreviousExperience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital experience, platformmanagementor digital marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience managing web and mobile app platforms
  • Direct experience with enterprise SEO tools and execution
  • Strong operational, project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels.
