Job Description:

The Assistant Analyst - Customer & Digital Insight & Analytics is responsible for supporting the delivery of reporting, dashboards, and analytical insights that help business teams better understand customer behaviors, digital experiences, and business performance. This role combines technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration skills to help transform data into meaningful insights that drive decision making.

The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. They will work closely with Product, Customer, Digital, and Technology teams to maintain reporting assets, support dashboard development, and help ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and actionable information. This role also provides opportunities to contribute to emerging analytics solutions, models, AI-enabled tools, and self-service reporting capabilities.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, and other enterprise analytics tools.
  • Support the curation and maintenance of reporting assets that provide visibility into customer engagement, digital performance, and business outcomes.
  • Analyze customer and digital data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key performance drivers.
  • Partner with Customer, Product, Digital, and Technology teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Maintain and update reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support evolving business priorities and ways of working.
  • Support the development and maintenance of models, AI agents, and analytics tools that enable consistent reporting and self-service insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to leverage enterprise data platforms and ensure data reliability.
  • Monitor and validate data quality, helping identify and resolve reporting discrepancies.
  • Assist with milestone tracking and performance measurement processes to support effective decision making and business execution.
  • Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, dashboard experiences, and analytics best practices.

What Do You Need to Bring?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience through coursework, internships, co-ops, or professional roles in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in:
    • SQL
    • Power BI
    • Digital Analytics
    • Microsoft Excel
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, or visualizations that help answer business questions and support decision making.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of customer-facing and digital business metrics, reporting processes, and performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, semantic models, and curated datasets.
  • Experience supporting dashboard adoption and self-service analytics initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics, customer insights, customer journey measurement, or marketing performance reporting.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled analytics tools, automation solutions, or enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality management, and reporting best practices.

This role allows for remote work across the U.S.. Therefore, in states and cities that require the hourly or salary compensation or pay range to be included in a job posting, the recruiting pay range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, your years of experience, your work location, comparison to other employees in similar or related roles, or market demands. The range may be modified in the future.
