Job description

AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking a Digital Web Analytics Specialist to join our organization in one of our 3 locations: Wilmington, DE, Cincinnati, OH or Columbus, OH.

*This is a hybrid role which will require on-site work 3 days a week*

Compensation: $75,000 - $122,000 + Annual Bonus
*The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location*

You'll leverage industry-leading analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Power BI, BigQuery, and SQL to help optimize customer engagement across web and mobile channels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).

  • 3-5 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or related disciplines.

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Power BI, BigQuery, SQL, and Excel.

  • Experience building dashboards and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.

  • Strong understanding of website analytics, digital customer journeys, conversion optimization, and KPI measurement.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tableau, Adobe Report Builder, and enterprise data warehouse environments.

  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and digital experimentation.

  • Experience supporting ecommerce or customer-facing digital platforms.
