As a Data Analyst, you will support reporting, business intelligence, and automation initiatives while helping improve data quality, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using modern visualization tools.
• Analyze operational, sales, recruiting, and financial data to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
• Develop scalable reporting systems, data models, and KPI frameworks to support business growth.
• Validate data accuracy and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms and business units.
• Build cloud-based workflows and automation processes to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
• Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, automate workflows, and support data-driven initiatives.
• Perform SQL-based data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
• Support API integrations between business platforms and troubleshoot data connectivity issues.
• Document reporting processes, technical workflows, and analytics solutions to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve reporting capabilities and operational performance.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Experience working with cloud-based data workflows, REST APIs, and data integrations.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar large language models to improve productivity and reporting.
• Understanding of automation concepts, workflow optimization, and business process improvement.
• Experience supporting business operations through data analysis and performance reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
