Job Summary
- Perform high-speed manual data entry and verification from digital images.
- Validate document classification and data extraction of automatically processed digital documents.
- Validate and correct redactions automatically applied to digital documents.
- Manually enter and index meta-data from digital documents.
- Perform quality control checks of documents converted to digital format.
- Validate incoming checks, including verifying payee, date, and signature.
- Reconcile check batch totals and distribute check amounts as per customer requirements.
- Analyze and correct exceptions in automated document classification, data extraction, and redaction.
- Ensure fiscal control and accurate processing of check batches.
- Compare hardcopy documents to digital versions to ensure quality standards.
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards as established by management.
- Complete paperwork accurately in a timely and legible manner.
- Adapt to changing situations and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Pay Rate: $19.80 per hour (Temp to Engage).
- Must take and pass a typing test; reflective relevant work experience required.
