  • Support Development Management team in executionof development projectsforBuild-to-Suit, Speculative, & TI projects.The work is focused onentitlement/permitting, design, and construction.

  • Consistently and effectively deliver TI &speculativebuildingprojects exceeding customer expectations

  • Responsible foraccuratemonitoring,collection, management, and reporting of project dataincluding jobsite safety, cost,qualityand schedule performance

  • Primary responsibility is to consistently deliver high-quality results for Prologis stakeholders (both internal and external) through exceptional performance.

  • Challenge architects,engineersandcontractorsto drive performance (e.g, schedule, specs, means and methods, and budgets)

  • Runefficient meetings with clearobjectivesand outcomes

  • Keep stakeholders updated and seekappropriate input

  • Promote collaborative and resilient mindset, open to change and growth

Building blocksforsuccess

Required:

  • 3+ years of combined experience working in the field of real estate development and construction management.

  • Computerproficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, Google Earth, Bluebeam,AutodeskForma.

  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Be enthusiastic,maintaina positive attitude, be a good teamplayerand customer service oriented.
