Job description

ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to assist with complex projects nationally. Our Business Development Manager- Project Pursuit team members support ASC's national strategic project initiatives by executing coordinated sales activities across multiregional, highvalue contractor accounts. The team ensures consistent engagement, strengthens ASC's influence and supports execution of complex projects. 
Strategic Project Support
  • Responsible for the pursuit and execution of the Top 10-15 national strategic contractors.
  • Support project execution from specification development through shipment.
National Contractor Engagement
  • Engage with top national mechanical contractors
  • Maintain aligned national communication through CRM.
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Work with RSMs, TSMs, Mechanical Specialists, Valve Specialists, and operations teams to maintain alignment.
  • Coordinate product information across mechanical and valve categories.
Sales Growth & MultiProduct Integration
  • Support crossselling opportunities across pipe, valve, and fitting categories.
  • Participate in national account planning to expand ASC presence.
Communication & Reporting
  • Maintain consistent communication across regions.

  • 3-10 years of experience in sales, project coordination, or national account support.
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
