BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Looking for our next eagle! Become one of the Eagles within Eaglestone Belgium.

We are looking for a Business Development Director to strengthen our team in Brussels. At Eaglestone, we develop responsible projects that combine innovation, sustainability, and bold architecture. In Belgium, our portfolio represents more than 150,000 m², covering residential, student housing, hospitality, and office developments. This dynamic is part of the Eaglestone Group, active in Belgium, Luxembourg, and France.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Business Development Director, you play a key role in Eaglestone’s growth. You identify and analyze new real estate opportunities in Belgium, mainly in Brussels and Wallonia, whether existing buildings to be renovated or land to be developed, in both the residential and office segments. You conduct comprehensive feasibility studies in close collaboration with the finance, technical, legal, and commercial departments, in order to validate the relevance and profitability of projects. At the same time, you represent Eaglestone to key market players – investors, brokers, owners, and institutions – and develop a strong network to feed an ambitious project pipeline. Finally, you actively contribute to the group’s development strategy and play a driving role in turning new opportunities into reality.

YOUR PROFILE

You have 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate development, investment, or transactions, with an excellent knowledge of the Belgian market. With a strong network of investors, brokers, owners, and institutions, you know how to identify and secure high-potential opportunities. Analytical and rigorous, you master financial and technical analysis and bring excellent strategic negotiation skills. A good command of French, Dutch, and English is required.
