About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and professional Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Arlington, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is interested in learning the fundamentals of federal business development, government contracting, capture support, and client engagement.
The selected candidate will work directly with experienced business development and corporate leadership professionals while gaining hands-on experience in identifying opportunities, supporting growth initiatives, building client relationships, and navigating the federal marketplace.
For the right candidate, sponsorship for a Top Secret security clearance may be available.
Responsibilities
  • Support business development and growth initiatives across federal government customers
  • Research and identify potential contract opportunities and strategic partners
  • Assist with opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and market research
  • Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and networking activities
  • Support proposal development and capture activities
