We're looking for a relationship-focused Sr. Business Development Associate to support our growing sales organization. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare services, healthcare technology, healthcare consulting, healthcare staffing, or consulting environments who enjoys building client relationships, managing follow-ups, supporting sales initiatives, and helping drive business growth alongside senior sales leadership.

This position will play a key role in nurturing prospective client relationships, coordinating outreach efforts, supporting discovery conversations, and maintaining sales pipeline activity. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, proactive, and eager to continue growing within a healthcare-focused business development career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Client Follow-Up: Engage with warm leads and prospective healthcare clients provided by senior sales leadership through email outreach, LinkedIn communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare executives, provider organizations, health systems, healthcare technology leaders, stakeholders, and business partners throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Support: Assist senior sales leaders with discovery meetings, presentations, proposals, meeting coordination, and client communications.

Requirements

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, account management, client relations, sales support, healthcare staffing, healthcare consulting, or healthcare technology services
  • Previous experience working within a healthcare consulting, healthcare staffing, healthcare technology, healthcare services, or related organization preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level healthcare accounts, healthcare technology solutions, digital transformation initiatives, or healthcare operational improvement programs
  • Experience assisting with sales processes, client communications, or pipeline coordination
