Job description

Sales Development Associate (Path to Management) – Las Vegas, NVBuild your future in an essential industry; no experience required.

Winston Water Cooler is hiring motivated self-starters ready to kick off a career in sales, customer service, and leadership in the booming world of plumbing supply distribution.

This role is part of a local development track designed by our Las Vegas team to give you hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and exposure to every part of the business: from warehouse ops to quoting customers to leading a branch someday.

Whether you’re a recent grad, a college senior, or just trying to figure out your next move, we’ve got the tools, guidance, and support to help you build a career that matters.

What You'll Do:
  • Rotate through key parts of our business: warehouse operations, customer service, and sales.

  • Learn how to support customers, solve problems, and win business in a fast-paced, high-demand field.

  • Gain product knowledge (we’re talking thousands of SKUs—from faucets to water heaters).

  • Shadow experienced leaders and learn how branches operate from the ground up.

  • Train at your own pace, this isn’t a one-size-fits-all kind of gig.

  • Grow into a role that fits: inside sales, outside sales, or even future branch leadership.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and people skills, you’re the kind of person customers trust.

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and learn by doing.

  • Curiosity about construction supply, plumbing, or industrial sales (prior knowledge is great but not required).

  • A growth mindset, this is for people who want careers, not just jobs.

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Future-Proof Your Career

While AI is changing a lot of industries, it can’t sell or deliver a water heater or build a relationship with a contractor on a job site. That’s where you come in. Plumbing supply is a stable, essential industry, one that keeps growing no matter what’s trending on Wall Street or TikTok. If you’re looking for career sustainability and upward mobility, you’ve found it.

Pay & Perks:
  • Starting salary: $65,000–$70,000/year (based on experience and local market)

  • Hands-on paid training with mentorship from local leaders

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Paid time off and paid holidays

  • Clear path to management and career growth

  • Proud, people-first culture—low ego, high hustle

Who We Are:

Winston Water Cooler is one of the largest independent plumbing supply distributors in the U.S. and still growing. Our Las Vegas branch is locally run by people who know the market and care about the team. We believe in old-school work ethic, new-school development, and building careers with staying power.
