Danson Decor Inc. is a Canadian leader in the import and distribution of seasonal décor and home décor products for the commercial holiday market. For more than 85 years, we have been developing innovative, trend-driven collections, offering over 10,000 products to our B2B customers across Canada and North America.

Your Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to support the company's growth through prospecting, new customer acquisition, and the development of existing accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while acquiring new B2B accounts.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers.
  • Conduct prospecting calls, follow-ups, and product presentations.
  • Support showroom activities and assist with trade show preparation.
  • Participate in occasional client visits and industry events as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven experience in prospecting and new customer acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with an ERP system (SAP is an asset).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to serve both English- and French-speaking customers.
  • Available to work on-site and travel occasionally as required.
