As an Organizational Development and Training Intern, you will actively support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
- Participate in training needs analysis
- Assist in the design and update of training materials (presentations, guides, tools)
- Support coordination and logistics of training activities
- Contribute to organizational development projects
- Assist in data collection and analysis (training evaluations, surveys, etc.)
- Support continuous improvement of training programs
- Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or similar
- Strong interest in learning and people development
- Good communication skills (French and English are required,)
