The Assistant General Manager serves as a key operational leader, supporting the daily management and execution of VERANDA's front-of-house operations and overall guest experience. Primary Responsibilities:Operational Leadership & Service Execution
- Support daily operations to ensure seamless execution across all service periods.
- Maintain strong floor presence and actively oversee service flow, guest interactions, and team performance.
- Ensure consistent delivery of elevated hospitality and service standards.
- Anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues proactively.
- Support special events, activations, VIP experiences, and high-profile service needs.
Guest Experience & Hospitality Excellence
