About the job Senior Cloud Support Engineer (Tier 3)
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Cloud Support Engineer - Tier 3, has just opened up within this disruptive company. With a client list of the worlds leading content creators from the BBC to Disney to CBS News, they are looking for a Support Engineer with an attitude towards resolving issues that tiers of support have escalated.
As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer you will be an excellent communicator who is confident and empathetic with a varied technical support background. Whether your experience lies in the enterprise or post-production environments, you will be ready to learn, understand and advise in a role that will see you face exciting challenges on a day-to-day basis.
You will provide creative application support for Adobe and Avid solutions, workflow advice, engineering support and technical deployment to a range of distinguished clients in all areas of their workflow including ingest, edit, export and delivery; working to offer proactive support to the environments and users.
Experience Required:
- At least 3-4 years Industry-related experience in a Senior Support role
- Experience with Azure/365, Microsoft desktop/server operating systems
- Practical experience navigating cloud services admin panels (Azure portal)
- Professional certification in Microsoft Azure AZ-900 or AZ-104 is beneficial
- Knowledge of management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
- Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (e.g., Python, Perl) is beneficial
- A solid understanding of network technologies
- Experience with virtualisation; Hyper-V, VMWare or Citrix
- Understand security risks, along with their identification and remediation
- Identify Shift Left, Quality and Automation initiatives
- Highly motivated to provide excellent customer service to end users and colleagues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

This position is fully remote but we need someone in the MST time zone. It will pay up to $100k + benefits.
