The Desktop Engineer works directly with endpoint management tools such as Intune, JAMF, SCCM, and related cloud-based services to deliver secure, reliable, and friction-free experiences to end users.
In your new role, you will:
Packaging & Deployment Standards
  • Package, validate, and maintain applications, drivers, and firmware according to deployment requirements and persona use cases
  • Coordinate with the Asset & Licensing Specialist (ALS) to ensure accurate hardware models, licensing alignment, and cohort readiness
  • Support initiatives that enhance the end-user experience by delivering reliable, predictable, and low-friction deployments

Secure Baselines & Readiness Execution
  • Translate Sr. Endpoint Engineer-authored GPO/MDM baselines into deployable workflows
  • Execute readiness gate checks, validation, and baseline alignment tests
  • Support cloud collaboration platforms by enforcing configuration standards

Endpoint Integrations
  • Support Autopilot/OOBE flows, update ring execution, and device health connectors
  • Assist in packaging CAB requests and supporting baseline controls
  • Partner with Collaboration, UX, and Security teams on integrations
  • Partnering with Collaboration, UX, and Security teams to design cohesive, user-centered experiences across devices, applications, and services

Incident & Problem Management
  • Troubleshoot packaging, deployment, install, driver/firmware, or compliance defects
  • Participate in RCA activities with Sr. Endpoint Engineer
  • Document fixes, publish runbooks, and brief support teams

What you will need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in EUC, packaging, or lifecycle management
  • Certifications: MD-102, SC-200, SC-400 or equivalents preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or similar endpoint management platforms
  • Familiarity with GPO, update rings, compliance policies, certificate/Wi-Fi profiles, and Autopilot/OOBE flows
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows client OS, applications, drivers, and update mechanisms
  • Ability to follow automation workflows and contribute to repeatable deployment processes
  • High-quality communication and documentation skills

Additional attributes to help you succeed:
  • Experience in architecture/design firm environments or similarly creative, distributed studio settings.
  • Familiarity with MacOS, Microsoft Teams Rooms, VR/AR devices (e.g., Meta 3), and Android-based hardware used in enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops or hybrid virtual-and-physical endpoint models.
  • Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and process discipline.
  • Change stewardship: meticulous with CAB artifacts, evidence, and communications.
  • Collaboration-focused mindset with willingness to work across teams to support shared outcomes.

The annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $70,000-$85,000. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
This role follows a hybrid schedule: four days per week in-office and one day per week remote (flexible based on office and staffing needs).
