CaptiveAire maintains a network of over 90 sales offices in the U.S. and Canada and six strategically located manufacturing plants in North Carolina, Iowa, Oklahoma, California, Pennsylvania and Florida.
Summary: This position will be working part time out of our corporate office in Raleigh. The hours are 1pm-5pm M-F and a temporary position.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone and directing calls
  • Greeting guests
  • Receiving and distributing all deliveries/mail
  • Mailing marketing materials and company anniversary/birthday correspondence

Personal Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with little guidance or oversight
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work as a team player
