Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Design Studio Administrative Assistant to welcome and assist home buyers at the Toll Brothers Design Studio in Bedford, New York.
This position will be on-site 5 days per week.
In this role, you will use superb customer service skills to provide information to home buyers, prospects, construction, sales, and purchasing.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Design Studio Manager in maintaining various reports
  • Maintaining design studio appearance, ensuring all samples are in good condition, labeled, and available
  • Assist Design Studio Manager and designers with various projects
  • Input buyer selections
  • Maintain and process buyer files
  • Assist with Orientation Night and other events
  • Assist with scheduling, processing invoices/billing, ordering supplies, taking buyers on a community-specific tours, and answering phones as necessary

Qualifications
This position requires working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and DocuSign. Ability to multi-task and problem solve is a must. Design and homebuilding knowledge is a plus. Weekend availability is required.
The salary for this position is $19.94 - $26.44 per hour.
