Job description

About Our Mission

At AM Digital Designs, we believe in digital storytelling. We engineer a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge solutions, products, and services that allow clients to execute high-stakes digital missions.

About Our Studio Operations

At AM Digital Designs, keeping our creative pipeline flowing smoothly is just as important as the designs themselves. We serve local small business owners who rely on us for clear communication, transparent timelines, and high-impact deliverables. We need a highly organized operational leader to keep the studio running flawlessly while serving as the main bridge between our clients and our creative team.

The Role

You will be the operational heartbeat of the studio. Working onsite in our Lawrence, MA office, you will handle all client relationships, oversee the production schedule, and ensure every deliverableโ€”from brand guidelines to app prototypes is completed on time, on budget, and up to our standards.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage Client Accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for all studio clients. Lead discovery calls, handle onboarding, and manage daily communications and expectation setting.
  • Oversee Deliverables: Track, assign, and review all creative deliverables across our production team (Graphic Designers, UI/UX Designers, and Interns) to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Translate Client Needs: Turn client requests and feedback into clear, actionable creative briefs for the production team.
  • Drive Studio Operations: Maintain our project management dashboards, track studio capacity, and optimize our internal workflows for maximum efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 3-5 years of experience in studio management, project management, or account management, preferably within a creative agency or design studio environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and fluency in project management software (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday, or similar tools).
  • A deep understanding of the creative process and the ability to confidently discuss design, branding, and marketing with clients.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred given our local Lawrence client base; not required but a significant plus.
Compensation

$50,000-$70,000/yr base salary, plus project completion bonuses.

AM Digital Designs is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds to apply.
