We are looking for a Studio Coordinatorto join our dynamic team and ensure our studio runs smoothly by organizing the workflow at the front desk, scheduling appointments, communicating with buyers and assisting the Consultants with administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a variety of personalities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! 

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome buyers into the Studio and guide them through our digital tools, MYKB, and the overall selection process
  • Coordinate the flow of the day by scheduling and confirming appointments, preparing documents, and keeping digital lot files up to date
  • Stay connected with buyers, sales, operations, and trade partners by responding promptly to calls and emails
  • Provide friendly, solutionsfocused support and help resolve customer questions or issues
  • Host Preview Events and track preview event attendance
  •  Back-up to the Studio Consultant - step in to lead buyer appointments from start to finish when Studio Consultants are unavailable
  • Help prepare and process color packages for MoveIn Ready Homes
  •  Keep key Studio tools and guides updated and ensure supplies are ordered and stocked
  • Stay informed about Studio products and participate in team meetings and training
  • Keep the Studio looking its best by maintaining a clean, polished, and welcoming environment
  • Assist with product tagging and general Studio organization when needed
What You Bring
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
  • Background in homebuilding or retail is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed processes and procedures accurately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service mindset with a focus on creating positive experiences
  • Collaborative team player who values input from others and maintains a positive, solutionsoriented approach
Requirements
  • Work 8-hour days with flexibility for overtime when necessary. 
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers, trade partners, and coworkers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company. 
  • The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.  
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. 
  • Ability to move about work location. 
  • Ability to drive/travel as needed. 
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs. 
  • Ability to observe details at close range and communicate information so others will understand. 
  • Ability to transport and move up to 20 lbs and move as needed (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/IT/Land/Marketing/Sales/Studio).    
  • Periodically works in outdoor weather conditions (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/Land/Sales).
