We’re a busy, patient-focused general dental practice that also offers Invisalign. Our team is supportive, upbeat, and genuinely enjoys working together. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment where patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator who’s great with people and comfortable explaining treatment plans and finances. You’ll play a big role in helping patients say “yes” to treatment by guiding them through their options especially Invisalign in a way that’s clear and pressure-free.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Present and explain dental treatment plans, including Invisalign
  • Review insurance benefits and discuss payment options
  • Schedule treatment and follow up on pending cases
  • Use Dentrix software for patient records, treatment plans, and scheduling
  • Work closely with doctors, assistants, and the front desk
  • Answer patient questions with confidence, empathy, and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous dental office experience required
  • Dentrix software experience required
  • Treatment coordinator experience required
  • Invisalign experience or knowledge is a big plus
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Comfortable discussing finances and insurance
  • Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
