Job description

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will build doctors' confidence by applying strong knowledge of Invisalign and iTero sales strategies within dental practices to help accelerate revenue and increase case volume. This role delivers consultative, end-to-end, and customized training through regular touchpoints focused on product adoption and utilization. You will serve as a direct point of contact for new customers while coordinating cross-functional efforts across the business to ensure an excellent customer experience. You will also identify and prioritize target accounts within an assigned territory and drive growth by understanding business needs and maintaining a positive customer experience. This is an office-based role reporting to the General Manager, Nordics.
  • Provide support to new Invisalign customers.
  • Help convert warm leads into new customers by supporting completion of the certification process.
  • Generate leads and increase doctors' knowledge of Invisalign and iTero products through outbound calls, email communication, and virtual demonstrations from the Copenhagen Head Office.
  •  Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Plan and execute Align's onboarding strategy for newly certified doctors.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with each account, including doctors, assistants, and staff, built on integrity and trust.
  • Assess account capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend training, technical resources, and support to help customers deliver strong patient outcomes using Align Technology solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams, including field sales, to optimize the customer experience and support ongoing promotion of Align products.
  • Ensure effective delivery against KPIs, assigned quotas, business objectives, and deadlines.
  • Contribute proactively to team efforts that support regional and company goals.
  • Manage all self-paced certifications, ensuring tasks are completed and doctors are supported in line with the defined workflow.
  • Act as the lead contact for ADA, driving collaboration and joint initiatives while ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.

  • Provide operational support for iTero, including onboarding, training coordination, troubleshooting, and ongoing user support.

  •  2+ years of inside sales or other relevant customer-facing experience.
  • Dental industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn basic orthodontic and clinical knowledge through internal training to support customer conversations.
  •  Comfortable conducting business over the phone and by email.
  •  Proven track record of sales success in a competitive environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Ability to lead virtual presentations with regional and field stakeholders.
  •  Strong ability to nurture accounts while proactively identifying new opportunities.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in leading business discussions on topics such as ROI, margins, and marketing, and in asking the right commercial questions.
