Job description

Our customers range from Academic Medical Centers to community and rural hospitals to the much-needed safety-net hospitals as well as physician practices, ancillary and sub-acute facilities, and service providers. Our unique approach links every point of your patient engagement to the overall revenue cycle continuum. Our strategy will give you confidence in your organization's financial health metrics and risk mitigation strategies.

We are seeking an experienced Dental Biller with strong knowledge of Dentrix and or Eaglesoft to manage claims submission and accounts receivable follow-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit dental claims electronically via Dentrix
  • Post payments and reconcile EOBs/ERAs
  • Conduct insurance follow-up on unpaid or underpaid claims
  • Resolve denials and prepare appeals
  • Verify patient eligibility and benefits
  • Maintain accurate documentation and aging reports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years dental billing experience
  • Proficiency in Dentrix (required)
  • Strong understanding of PPO, HMO, and Medicaid dental plans
  • Knowledge of CDT coding and insurance guidelines
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
