North Valley Family Dentist is currently hiring for a full-time or part-time Dental Clinic Care Coordinator to help our patients plan for and receive the dentistry services they need in the Phoenix, AZ area. This full- or part-time administrative position at our dentistry office earns a competitive wage of $16- $21/hr, plus monthly bonuses.

DAY-TO-DAY

This job can either be full-time or part-time. This position works an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm.

As a full- or part-time Dental Clinic Care Coordinator, you help our patients make informed decisions about their treatment plans. Whether a patient needs dentures, Invisalign treatment, or veneers, you're there to help them navigate the process. Attentive to detail, you ensure their information is entered correctly in our database and familiarize yourself with the dentist's proposed treatment plan. When you meet with patients, your caring personality shines through as you clearly and tactfully break down financial costs.

Our patients appreciate your assistance as you help them understand their insurance benefits. You want our patients to receive affordable care, so you're happy to work with insurance companies to obtain prior approval when needed. As a highly organized individual, you file claims promptly and carefully track the progress of authorizations. You also collect patient co-pays and post transactions, always remembering to provide exceptional customer service.
