Qualifications

We are seeking a provider who is:

  • A graduate of an accredited dental school
  • Current, non-suspended D.D.S. or D.M.D.
  • Licensed to practice Dentistry in Arkansas
  • Compliant with Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners guidelines, including prescribing and sedation anesthesia regulations
