Primary Purpose

The Studio Director connects design teams across departments, partnering with theExecutive Creative Directorto oversee the processes, priorities, and resources that enable the Design organization to operate at its highest level.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Studio

  • Establish studio priorities, operating rhythms, and ways of working that support both creative excellence and business objectives.
  • Foster an environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.

Drive Creative Operations

  • Ensure pre-set calendar deadlines are met.

  • Balance competing priorities, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions that keep projects moving efficiently.

  • Ensure teams have the tools, resources, and clarity needed to deliver against key deadlines and business needs.

Shape Seasonal Creative Direction

  • Partner with the Executive Creative Director and design leadership to activate seasonal concepts and brand expression.

  • Guide the development and communication of seasonal concepts, inspiration, and color direction across categories.

Drive Innovation and Studio Evolution

  • Identify opportunities to enhance creative processes, workflows, technologies, and studio capabilities.

  • Champion new tools and ways of working that increase agility, efficiency, and creative impact.

  • Continuously evolve the Studio operating model to support future growth and business needs.

Resource & Business Management

  • Oversee budget planning and management, including travel, freelance resources, vendor partnerships, and strategic investments.

  • Ensure resources are deployed effectively to support both seasonal priorities and long-term creative initiatives.
