Intramotev is seeking a Director, DoD / DoW Sales focused on Department of War / Defense engagement. This position will play a key role in helping Intramotev meet its future volume goals by securing agreements with Department of War customers.

A successful candidate will have US military experience and/or experience with DoD / DoW procurement.

Position Responsibilities
  • Secure sales and/or pilot agreements with DoW / DoD rail operations for Intramotev’s TugVolt product
  • Represent Intramotev at conferences, within industry organizations, and at customer events
  • Work across Intramotev to communicate customer and industry feedback to Engineering and Design teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • Ability to build and maintain rolodex of strong relationships at executive, senior, and mid-levels of the US Army and Department of War.
  • Ability to learn DoD/DoW operations, use cases, and networks
  • Ability to understand and convey technically complex product benefits and value propositions in simple terms
  • Willingness to travel
  • Self-starter willing to operate independently with autonomy as well as across-functionally in small teams.
  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Basic understanding of US military structure and priorities, typically gained through direct military service.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Experience with Department of War procurement processes, especially for innovative new technologies, is a plus.
Typical Education and Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3-5 or more years' related work experience.

This position is in-person in St. Louis, MO.
