Responsibilities

  • Show customers around the showroom floor and introduce our cabinet offerings.
  • Handles clients and potential client questions over the phone, email or in person, giving them clear and correct information
  • Place orders in system, forward orders to warehouse and book shipping for the orders.
  • Answer phones and emails pertaining to cabinets, orders, shipments, and payments.
  • Track orders in the warehouse and keep up with status updates.

Work Experience

  • 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Experience with cabinetry preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and patient listener.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Must be computer literate and be able to type efficiently.
  • Must be able to distinguish colors.
  • Spanish speaker preferred - English is neccessary.
  • Prefer to have cabinetry experience

Education

  • Should have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Will take work experience and proven math, reading, and writing skills in lieu of formal education.
